ASAPES Student Youth Organization (SYO) was founded on May 30, 2005. ASAPES SYO is guided by the general interests of students and the principles of volunteerism, and it operates to ensure the protection of their rights and interests, their intellectual development, the organisation of efficient leisure time, increasing their activity in the social life of the Academy, as well as creating strong relationships between groups and faculties.
ASAPES SYO organizes various youth events, including patriotic activities, movie days, literary, cultural, and historical excursions, sports competitions, intellectual contests, concert programs, and more, both within and outside the Academy. ASAPES SYO ensures the involvement of talented and creative students of the Academy in competitions, olympiads, exhibitions, festivals, and other events held both within and outside the republic. To ensure the voluntary participation of students in these events, students interested in the theme of the event are involved. Preventive measures against drug addiction, alcoholism, criminality, early marriage and other negative tendencies are carried out by ASAPES SYO.
