ASA doktorantı idmançıların reaktivlik potensialını araşdırır
Scientific research by Hakim Ibrahimov, a doctoral student at the Azerbaijan Sport Academy, on the topic “Determining the Reactivity Potential of the Musculoskeletal System Depending on the Startle Reflex in Elite Athletes” is being jointly conducted at the research base of the National Institute of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. The project is supervised by Professor Michael Paul Loosemore from the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health at University College London, UK, and Professor Firat Huseynov from the Azerbaijan Sport Academy.
The research outcomes are expected to form the basis for developing methods necessary to improve movement execution and enhance reactivity potential in athletes. At present, the ongoing scientific studies in this direction hold significant practical importance for increasing the efficiency of training processes in speed and speed-strength sports disciplines.
