Faculty Professional Development Program
This program provides ASAPES faculty with opportunities to participate in professional development programs in partner universities. Programs are designed based on the professional development needs of groups of faculty, and strategic priorities of the Academy Duration and content of the programs are developed in collaboration with the partner universities’ faculty and administrators.
Mevlana Exchange Program
The Mevlana Exchange Program facilitates the exchange of students and academic staff between Turkish higher education institutions and those in other countries including Azerbaijan.. All the full time students enrolled at ASAPES can benefit from the Mevlana Exchange Program. All the ASAPES faculty are also eligible to apply for this program.
Erasmus+ is the EU’s program to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It provides opportunities for students and staff to participate in exchange programs.
ASAPES has started building such international partnerships with several leading European universities, such as Tartu University in Estonia and Masaryk University in Czech Republic.
Program development partners
ASAPES aims to offer the highest international standards of education. To encourage this, we are actively fostering partnerships with universities in neighboring countries and in other parts of Europe. There are currently three master’s degree programs being developed with partner universities. Our Master’s Programs in Management and Sport Journalism are being developed in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University, one of the UK’s most dynamic sporting institutions. University College London and Glasgow University are our partners for the Master Program in Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation. The program is designed exclusively for medical doctors working in, or who plan to work in, the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation.
