International applicants
Undergraduate
Foreign students can apply via www.portal.edu.az official website by submitting their application form and uploading the required documents. If the student meets the required indicators, he/she will be invited to the interview by Admission Committee of ASAPES.
Undergraduate Programs
- Coaching
- Physical Education and Pre-Service Preparation Teacher
- Rehabilitation in Physical Education and Sport
- Sport Management and Communication
Language Requirement
- At least one year of education on appropriate language (certifying document)
- Or successful result from ASAPES language test
- English language requirements: TOEFL (minimum 82 IBT), IELTS (academic, minimum 6.5). If the IELTS result is less than 6.5 but more than 5.0 and TOEFL result is less than 82 IBT but more than 60 IBT, the students must show the successful result in intensive language courses organized by ASAPES. This language course will require an additional charge
- Students who don’t know required language will be involved in language course (Azerbaijani and Russian) at ASAPES for 2 semesters. Language course will require an additional charge.
Required documents:
- High school diploma on relevant major and transcript (translated into Azerbaijani, notary certified, Legalized (apostille) by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education of the applicant’s country);
- Valid passport;
- Language certificate (including IELTS or TOEFL results or successful result from ASAPES language test - not required for native speakers only);
- Health certificate;
- Additional certificates (if any availabe).
The admission process:
- Applying via www.portal.edu.az
- After your application is analyzed, you will receive an e-mail about invitation to the interview stage.
- During the interview you will be asked different questions by Admission Committee of ASAPES.
- After passing the interview stage International Relations Department of ASAPES will contact you to start documentation, visa, payment, accomodation and etc.
Deadline for submitting documents is 20th of August.
